Good Salsa

"I got this recipe from a Tried and True recipe board, and tweaked it until I got it right. Tastes much like the salsa you get at the Mexican places around my area."

ingredients

• 8 -10 slices jalapenos, remove seeds
• 4 -5 green onions, chopped
• 3 -5 garlic cloves
• 12 sprigs with leaves cilantro
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 2 (32 ounce) cans peeled tomatoes, drained
• 1 (32 ounce) can tomato puree

directions

1. Blend first 6 ingredients together in food processor to desired consistency, taste for salt/seasoning. Add pureed tomatoes and stir. Refrigerate. This is of course, better the next day.
