- 1 lb ground beef (15 % fat)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (6 ounce) box herb stuffing mix
- 1 cup quick-cooking long grain and wild rice mix
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- mashed potatoes
directions
- Combine the beef, egg, stuffing mix, and rice in a large bowl. Mix until just comes together.
- Divide into 12 equal parts, and form large meatballs. Place meatballs in 12x9" baking pan.
- Pour undiluted soup over the meatballs. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350 oven for 35 minutes.
- Serve meatballs and gravy with mashed potatoes.
