Gluten-Free Salmon Burgers

ingredients
- 2 (150 g) cans , boneless skinless salmon (I hate the bones!)
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro or 1 tablespoon herbs, of choice
- salt and pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into patties. Oil up George Forman and grill those patties until done. About 15 minutes on about 300°F I left the lid up until the last 5 minutes to keep them from drying out so much, then I oiled the tops of the patties and closed the lid.

Easy to prepare and tasty! I used fresh salmon, which I sauteed quickly in a pan so I could flake it and mix with the remaining ingredients. I used cilantro and omitted the salt. I served over a bed of chopped spinach and tomato, and garnished with the recommended dill mayonnaise and squeeze of lemon. Thanks for sharing! ~PAC Spring 10~
