DIRECTIONS

  • Whisk all dry ingredients together.
  • Mix in softened butter.
  • Then mix in egg, vanilla and yogurt.
  • Add milk to a cookie dough like consistency.
  • Grease a muffin tin well.
  • Use a medium size cookie scoop and to place one ball in each hole.
  • Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes.
  • Remove to wire rack to cool.
  • Dust liberally with powdered sugar.
