DIRECTIONS

  • Place oats in ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and blend in remaining dry ingredients (brown sugar through walnuts).
  • Add oil honey and vanilla; mix until dry ingredients are well coated. Divide mixture into two equal parts; bake each separately in an ungreasted 9x13-inch baking pan 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beginning to brown. Add dried cranberries; cook 5 minutes longer.
  • Stir until crumbly and store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
