  1. delicious! I marinated it for about an hour, then pan fried and it was lovely, thanks for sharing

  2. We love salmon and this was a delicious way to prepare it. I used light soy sauce and it was plenty salty. I think that regular soy sauce would make it too salty us. I marinated the salmon in the sauce for about an hour before grilling it on the bbq grill. We really enjoyed it! Thanks! Made for Spring 2009 PAC.

  3. Great flavor and easy to make

  4. This recipe is amazing!!!! Truly one of the best salmon recipes I have come across. I added extra chili flakes and about 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ginger as well. I let the salmon marinade for about 20 mins. and then I baked each piece in a foil pouch. I put slices of fresh lemon on the salmon before putting it in the oven. Really tasty! We will be making this one often! Thanks!!!!

  5. This was yummy, but not quite as flavorful as I had hoped for. I did bake it in a casserole dish, though, so that might've affect the potency of the flavor. I think next time I'll marinate it for a little while before I cook it. Overall, very nice salmon recipe! Thanks, Starazerlilly.

Tweaks

  1. We loved it! Very easy to make. I used low sodium soy sauce and olive oil instead of sesame as I didnt have that and I poured some of the mixture over the salmon and wrapped in foil and baked it in the over. My husband wants me to make again soon!
