    tablespoons parsley, fresh (or 1 tsp. dried parsley)

DIRECTIONS

  • Cover carrots with water, bring to boil.
  • Simmer until crisp tender.
  • Melt butter, stir in orange juice concentrate, parsley and sugar.
  • Pour over carrots.
  • Cook and stir until glaze thickens.
