Glazed Mini Meatloaf

- 1⁄2 cup quinoa
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs, homemade
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- sea salt
- black pepper
- granulated garlic
directions
- Rinse quinoa thoroughly with hot water and cook in 1 ½ cup of water for about 20 minutes.
- Mix and combine until uniform ground meat, cooked quinoa, egg, bread crumbs and spices.
- Shape the mixture into 4 oval loaves, flatten them a little and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the mini meatloaves with glaze and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 200°C.
- Glaze: mix ketchup and mustard until smooth.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and seasonal salad.
