  • Boil carrots for 8-10 minutes until crisp-tender.
  • Drain.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in skillet over medium heat, stirring until butter melts.
  • Reduce heat to low.
  • Add carrots and toss well until coated.

    The ginger flavor was outstanding and went so well with Recipe 116806 (Ancho Pork Chops). I felt there was too much glaze, so next time I'll reduce the butter and sugar by half, yet keep the ginger just as is. Ellie_, thanks so much for such a simple recipe full of flavor!
