1. These were a big hit at dinner last evening. Easy to make plus tasty & sweet. I think next time i may try a little more ginger. Thank you Ellie for sharing your recipe.

 3. These were gobbled up!! My daughter wanted to lick her plate. LOL! I used brown sugar instead of white and baby carrots cut in half. Thank you!

 4. The ginger flavor was outstanding and went so well with Recipe 116806 (Ancho Pork Chops). I felt there was too much glaze, so next time I'll reduce the butter and sugar by half, yet keep the ginger just as is. Ellie_, thanks so much for such a simple recipe full of flavor!

 5. I cut back on the sugar, only used 2 tbsp and increased the ginger to 3/4 tsp - A wonderful, subtle change to the usual carrot taste - it kicks it up a notch and compliments the regular carrot flavor Thanks ellie - I'll be making these again

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
