This was so easy and lovely! I used 1 1/2 tsp of ginger puree, and Schezwan chili sauce. Even with cheap store chicken broth, this was a big winner. Very light on the calories and full of flavor!

Excellent! I’ve had a clear tomato and ginger soup in an Indian restaurant a few times and loved it. Had that again yesterday and was determined to figure out how to make it at home and found your recipe. It was spot on and what I was craving. My wife and mother loved it as well. Excellent soup, thank you for sharing this recipe!
