Ginger Miso Dip or Dressing

- Ready In:
- 1⁄4 lb fresh ginger
- 1⁄2 cup plus 2 tbsp white miso
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- Peel and thinly slice ginger. Peel garlic clove.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and liquefy on highest setting until mixture is very smooth, 1-2 minutes.
