ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups water, to taste
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup berries, frozen
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1⁄8 cup flax seed, ground
directions
- Puree all SIX ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses & enjoy!

Made this at the cottage this past weekend, using fresh blueberries, and two frozen bananas. It made a healthy and delicious start to the day.
