Lovely dish! I made this last night and we thoroughly enjoyed yet another way to enjoy chicken breasts. I think it would be awesome with bone in/skin on pieces as well. Made for Susie's World Tour

Made for Spring PAC 2010. We really enjoyed this dish! Used apricot brandy which enhanced the taste of the apricots. I'm so glad I chose this recipe to try! Thanks Lavender!

Made this & served it over a combo of brown rice & sweet peas for a very satisfying meal! I was generous with the measures of the dried apricots & the lemon zest & we were very satisfied with the results, & I now have yet another keeper recipe to add to my chicken breast file! Thanks for sharing it with us! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Beverage Tag]
