  • Spread coconut and pecans in bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan.
  • Mix and bake cake as directed on box.
  • Cool.
  • Punch holes in cake.
  • Mix Eagle Brand Milk and cocoa lopez and pour over cake.
  • Frost with cool whip and top with shredded coconut.

  1. The directions for this cake make no sense -- it says to bake the cake first, and then the second step is to put coconut and pecans in a 9 x 13 pan. Seems to me steps 1 and 2 are reversed, and some steps are missing in between!
