DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Mix meat with the one onion (minced), parsley, bread cubes, egg, salt and pepper.
  • 2. Make into paddies and fry to brown outside. Remove from pan.
  • 3. Put remaining ingredients in pan with the remaining chopped onions and hamburgers. Cover and simmer for about one hour.
