DIRECTIONS

  • Wash and cut green beans.
  • Steam until al dente.
  • Meanwhile, put peeled garlic cloves, bouillon cube, salt and pepper, and olive oil in blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Drain green beans.
  • Pour oil over beans and toss to coat.
  • Mix in nuts.
