Really good and so quick to make! I used light sour cream, canned shrimp, and lemon pepper instead of normal pepper. I also added a few generous dashes of tabasco and chives. This was good with chips and I cannot wait to try it with celery sticks and a dollop on cucumber slices. This is a really unique way to serve shrimp dip, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have made a dip similar to this for years. I do a few things differently: I grate a yellow onion into medium bowl, instead of using green onions, and add 2 - 3 drops LA Hot sauce (or Tabasco Sauce). I also use 2 - 3 fresh garlic cloves that have been pressed; 3 oz softened Philly cream cheese and 1 cup Best food mayo; 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 12 ounces fresh salad shrimp that are finely smashed and combined with the rest of the ingredients.
