I suggest 1 TABLESPOON of garlic, not teaspoon unless you like very little flavor, but otherwise it's great.

My brother added an essence of seasoning, soy sauce, and liquid smoke

This was absolutely delicious! My brother and I had a huge bag of tortilla chips and no dip! I saw the mayo in the fridge and got to Googling. I saw this recipe and voilà! A masterpiece on a chip haha! Of course, my brother added a few tweaks (he's a chef) but we followed the basics to this recipe. Thanks!

Yummy! I used it Hellman's and it was great with red bell pepper and toasted pita chips. Darn Delicious with tapas. Will make this again.

What is not to like about this? It is flavorful and versatile. Have made twice both times cutting recipe in half. The first time served with raw veggies and we loved so made again for a sandwich bar and was also a hit that time. Thanks for the great post.
