Delicious marinade. I was looking for something similar to a garlic and lime marinated chicken recipe that my dad used to make, and I've found it. Very flavorful and juicy. I usually eat the chicken breast by itself but have also diced it and added it to salads and tacos.

Really good! You can really taste the lime. The chicken ended up really dark in colour, though.

Excellent! Got rave reviews from the Labor Day Weekend dinner crowd. Followed the recipe to a T after pounding the chicken breasts to equal thickness to grill evenly. Yum, this is a keeper!

This was indeed very good. I used a George Foreman grill for it and it came out a bit dryer than I'd hoped for-not dry, but the marinade soaked completely into the chicken and was not sauce-like. It was delicious, though, and I'll make it again.
