I like to figure out restaurant recipes so I can make my favorites at home (we have a 20 month old girl need I say more!) This is a yummy version that makes great leftovers. Recipe #123659 makes two 9 by 13 deep dish pans or you can make 1 pizza and a small batch of breadsticks.

Very good pizza. Much like the Great White at BJ's brewery. It's very versatile. You can use whatever toppings suit you. I added about a teaspoon of dry Italian seasoning, sliced mushrooms, and large dice onion to mine. If you use bread dough, you have the option of spreading the dough thinly on a cookie sheet for a thin crust pizza or use a shallow roasting pan for a thicker crust pizza. We went the deep dish pizza route. I sprinkled a little corn meal on the bottom of the pan prior to precooking the pizza dough. My family loved it. Thanks so much for sharing!
