Garlic Buttered Pasta

- 4 cups uncooked small shell pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute garlic in butter.
- Remove from heat.
- Drain pasta; add to garlic butter.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper; toss to coat.

MMMM! I made this for lunch today for my almost 3 yr old and I and we both really enjoyed it! I used 1/4 cup of butter and actually think I would use the full amt next time. But I decreased the parsley to 1 TBS and that was enough. I also used more cheese because I love it! Thanks for a super easy lunch KC_Cooker!
