Over high Heat add Olive Oil. Once pan is nice and hot add chicken thighs and season with salt and pepper on each side. Cook till nice and brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes each side) then remove from pan to a clean plate.
Set to medium heat then add Italian Seasoning & Garlic and cook till fragrant (be careful not to burn the garlic) then stir in the chicken broth and scrape all the nice brown chicken fond from the bottom of the pan, and reduce by half (about 5 minutes).
Add the Butter to the mixture and stir till melted, then add chicken back to pan and spoon the sauce over the chicken.
Enjoy the delicious chicken with whatever side you choose to make or serve with :).
