    carrots, peeled and tops removed

    apple, cored and peeled
  • 1
    cup orange juice
  • 1
    tablespoon agave nectar (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  • In the juicer, process the tomatoes, red pepper, carrots, celery and apple. Transfer into a pitcher.
  • Add orange juice and agave nectar. Stir very well and serve immediately.
  • Note: Add spices, fresh herbs or other ingredients of your choice.
