Gaelic Iced Coffee

"Thick and creamy and oh so yummy! I didn't have any green creme de mente so I topped my whipped cream with Hershey's syrup and that worked just fine for me!"

Reviews

  1. I absolutely love it!!!

  2. Yummy!!! What is not to like in this drink. I loved the combination of flavors. I too used cold, brewed coffee, but otherwise followed as written. Thanks for sharing Kim. Made for 123 tag.

  3. To make this a summer drink make ice cubes of your morning coffee, add all ingredients to a blender, and add vanilla ice cream. The best!

  4. Try using expresso instead of instant coffee. I think it gives a better dimension of flavor.

  5. Made as written and found it to be one of the best iced coffee's I've had in a long time. Made for Beverage Tag.

Tweaks

  1. Oh this is SO good! Instead of using instant coffee I mixed the the other liquid ingredients and topped up the glass with strong cold brewed coffee. I used Cool Whip Free (still frozen) and splashed white Creme DeMenthe on top of that (didn't have green). Excellent :D
