Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies

  • 19 ounces of pudding-included Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix
  • 13 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 58 ounces pink vanilla funfetti frosting

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs; stir with spoon until thoroughly moistened. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. With bottom of glass dipped in flour, flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
  • Using only 1/2 of the can, spread frosting over warm cookies. Immediately sprinkle each with candy bits from packet inside frosting mix. Let stand until set. Store in tightly covered container.

  2. I like these cookies, but like them better as a sugar cookie. Instead of dipping the glass in flour use sugar. Then omit the frosting. Very good that way!
