"We have been using this recipe in our restaurant “Boys & Grills” since 2017 and it’s taken our fried dishes over the top! We use it on fried chicken (country fried, wings, tenders) and it’s also amazing on fried pork chops or chicken fried steak. So much flavor. "

ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 2 tablespoons msg
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon ground oregano
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon sage
• 1 teaspoon marjoram
• 1 teaspoon ground basil
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder

directions

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Pat dry meat you plan to coat.
3. Cover the meat with the mix.
4. Fry according to your regular preparation process for that particular meat.
