  1. When I made this salad, I went right by the recipe before deciding if it needed anything different. I will definitely make it again as it was good, but a little bland. The change I will make next time is to add some spices to the chicken and grill it, to bring out the taste. I made the salad this morning and then let it chill all day, serving it for a light supper, with white wine. The next time I will add homemade bread, and if I want to get fancy serve it on a bed of lettuce. It is easy to make, and can be made a day ahead of time. This would also make a good potluck dish.

  2. I love his recipe! Everything depends on what you are looking for. I wanted something healthy and easy. I buy the canned chicken breast and seaon it with celery salt first since I do love celery flavor but not the actual stalk texture. I also leave out the mayo and add flavored greek yogurt. Anyone can add what ingredients they like to improve it for them personally. Grilling the chicken is something I will try next time. It is a refreshing and easy recipe.

  3. I was attracted to this receipe because of its ingredients, but was disappointed with the end result. I think the salad would be more flavorful with a CITRUS DRESSING. I will search for a citrus dressing and give it another try.
