  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 12 cup apricot preserves or 1/2 cup peach preserves

  • Beat cream cheese and preserves in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
  • Store covered in refrigerator.

  4. Made for Photo Tag 2008. Its gorgeous and so simple...I used strawberry preserves and I would'nt hesitate to try other flavours!
     
  5. I gave this 3 stars. I really liked this it was very good. I used strawberry preserves as that's what I had on hand and like. I used this as a spread on bagels. I cut the recipe in half. I also increase the preserves to 1/3 cup to suit my taste. My future hubby actually said that this tasted a whole lot better then the store bought. Thanks for posting a really good recipe.
