Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

ingredients

• superfine sugar
• 1 1⁄2 ounces light rum
• 4 strawberries
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 1⁄2 ounce lime cordial (Rose's)
• 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup (2 parts sugar 1 part water)
• 1 cup ice, crushed

directions

1. If desired, coat outer rim of a hurricane glass with superfine sugar.
2. Add rum, strawberries, lime juice, lime cordial, simple syrup, and ice to a blender.
3. Blend until mixture is smooth.
4. Pour into hurricane glass; garnish with lime slice.
