"Very tasty frozen drink. Simple syrup can be added if you like your drinks a little sweeter."

ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 ounces dark rum
• 2 ounces coconut cream
• 2 ounces strawberries
• 1 medium banana
• 8 ounces crushed ice

directions

1. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour.
3. Garnish with fresh strawberry.

This was good and refreshing, a nice summer drink recipe. Next time I will add another banana, as my husband could only taste the strawberries. I am allergic to strawberries so I substituted blueberries and it was good alternative.
