Frosted Coffee

• Ingredients: 4
• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 1 cup crushed ice
• 1⁄2 cup vanilla ice cream
• 1⁄4 - 1⁄3 cup coffee liqueur
• 1⁄2 teaspoon instant coffee

directions

1. In blender, combine ice, ice cream, liqueur and instant coffee.
2. Cover and blend at high speed about 20 seconds or until smooth.
3. Pour into chilled glasses.

Good! Strong, rich flavored coffee to relax with. With plenty of ice this beverage will be repeated again for afternoon sipping. Prepared as a participant in the Sept 2009 Bargain Basement Tag Game.
