ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 4 eggs
- 2 1⁄4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1⁄2 cups cornmeal
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1⁄4 cups milk
directions
- Cream the margarine and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cornmeal and salt).
- Stir in milk until well combined.
- Pour in a greased 13x9 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
