Fried Milk

Fried Milk created by Swirling F.

I know, it sounds weird... but this is a sweet dessert with a delicate flavor of nutmeg, it's crispy on the outside, smooth and custardy on the inside. It was love at first bite for me..

Do you use whole milk or 2%? Will bottled lemon peel work?

oooo wow this is soo good. I LOVE it. Its great for an afterschool dip in the pool before soccer practice. I love bringing my kids to go see their grandma and she loves making this delicious milk treat. After Grandmas I bring them to go to their lacrosse games and i get to see all my cool mom girlfriends in their tennis uniforms. Its quick and easy just what i meed to be a working soccer mom who LOVEs their A+ kids. My dog, a golden retriever named Rover loves when we are home cooking with him.

Instead of using bread crumbs, use Cocoa or Fruit Pebbles. It makes a great dessert and kids love them. Then its like have milk & cereal...
