Fried Beef and Pasta

This was my mother-in-law's recipe. It makes 6-8 servings. I like shells or bow ties and italian seasoning the best, but you can use any kind of pasta, and any kind of seasoning. This is always a warm our tummy type of recipe. She called it "fried noodles" but I thought this name would confuse readers.

Big winner with my family! Easy to make and VERY tasty! I didn't have green peppers on hand so I used some Pace green picante sauce and it tasted great! Definitely will make this a regular on our meal plans.

Hey, great work Joanne. This is really tasty. I made it just the way you directed, except I put in fat free mozzarella. Still tasted great! Served it with lima beans and mushroom salad, recipe #51793. I used portobello mushrooms in the salad. Wowsers!
