  • 12 eggs
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream

directions

  • Combine eggs, salt, and pepper; stir briskly with a fork until blended.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet, rotating skillet to coat bottom; add egg mixture.
  • Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until eggs are firm, but still moist.
  • Remove from heat; stir in cream.
  • Serve immediately.

    I've made eggs with cream before, but always mixed it in before putting in the skillet. I like this version better....much smoother and creamier. Thanks for sharing a yummy breakfast.
