French-Onion Chicken

"This is a tasty chicken dish that simple to fix. It can be done with chicken tenders making a grown up version of chicken fingers that kids enjoy too. Note: if using chicken tenders make sure to adjust your cooking time accordingly."

Had saved this as alternative for Swap #62, and was very glad I did !! Just did 2 skinless/boneless breasts for DH and me, and wish I had done more so that there would be another meal !! Easy to put together, so will make this again soon. Thanks, Chef Buggsy Mate !!

This was really good! Even my oldest loved it! Will definitely make again! I did skip the hot sauce (personal preference). Chicken was super juicy!

This chicken is absolutely fantastic. I don't think I've ever had a more crunchy and flavorful topping, and basting the chicken with the ranch dressing mixture kept it moist and juicy while cooking. We finished the chicken up in record time and still wanted more. This is one of the best chicken recipes I've added to my keeper file and we'll definitely enjoy this over and over. Thanks for posting!!

I am blessed with a wonderful dh and four fantastic, crazy children. I am a stay at home mom who works from son up till son down. My favorite cookbook is not one that I cook with very often, it actually sits on top of my pantry propped up in an old basket. The cookbook was given to my grandmother just prior to her marriage to my grandfather and it has the family prayer and some recipes that my great-grandmother penned in her own hand inside. It is called All About Home Baking. <a href="" target="_blank"><img src="" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src="" border="0" alt="Photobucket"> <img src="" border="0" alt="Photobucket"> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=""> <img src=> <img src=> <img src=""> <img src="">
