I saw this recipe in Taste of Home and wanted to try it. First I thought I would check Recipezaar and see if anyone had and the ratings it got. When I saw that NurseDi had listed it then I knew it had to be good and it had good ratings. To me this was a "perfect" comfort food. It tasted so good. My husband liked it because it was "Meat and Taters". I would recommend this recipe to anyone.
