First off I have to say I have never eaten or made a clafouti so have no idea what it should be like. I had a hard time with my edges overcooking BUT my oven acts up all the time. I did find the inside to be custardy so am not sure if it is suppose to be like that or if it was undercooked. This received mixed reviews in my house ranging from 1 star - 5 stars. I served it with an Ameraetto whiped cream. Made for Everyday is a Holiday tag
