    lbs bone-in pork shoulder (sometimes labeled as Boston butt or pork butt)
  • 15
    ounces cranberry sauce (with or without whole berries is ok)
  • 14
    cup honey
  • 14
    cup dried minced onion
  • bag seasoned stuffing mix (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in gallon sized bag & freeze.
  • To prep - thaw overnight (in refrigerator), then cook on low in crockpot for 6-8 hours. Remove bones & shred with a fork.
  • *Optional* - add box or bag of stuffing mix for the last hour or two of cooking, adding more liquid if needed.
