- Put the avacado in a medium bowl and gently mash with a fork until chunky. Stir in the tomato, onion and salt.
- Serve at once or press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole to prevent it from browning and refrigerate up to 3 hours.

You can't go wrong with a simple and tasty recipe like this! I used everything called for, added lime juice, garlic, onion powder and some ancho chille powder. I'm not a huge avacado fan but loved this on those cheesy dorito chips, husband LOVED! He could eat it with a spoon! Made for Rail Riding Rowdies for ZWT5, will make again! Very yummy!
