I've spent too much $$$ trying to make walnut chocolate fudge and even though I put in freezer for a week I'd still have to eat with spoon. QUESTION 1. AFTER CHOCOLATE CHIPS MELT INSTEAD OF FOIL LINE PAN COULD I SPOON OVER INTO MINI CUPCAKE LINER? TAKING FOR A NEW YEAR PARTY THIS FRIDAY AND DONT REALLY WANT EVERYONE DIRTY HANDS TO TOUCH ALL THE OTHER FUDGE. I WANT TO PRESENT THIS FUDGE LIKE A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT WAS PUT INTO IT. 2. COULD I ADD WALNUTS AND 3 HOW DO YA ROAST WALNUTS

Fool-proof as well as delicious! I made a double batch and took half to a school party (where people of various nationalities were in attendance, none of which had ever eaten fudge before). It went down a treat, and I was asked for the recipe by several people. Also,it doesn't melt even after several hours of standing at room temperature. A keeper-- thanks for posting !
