Fondue Apricot Dijon Sauce

- 3⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup apricot jam
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
directions
- Stir together and chill.
- Best if chilled a couple of hours before serving.
- Great w/ chicken and shrimp.
