Muy bueno! Yum! I used rice milk for this, totally enjoyed it! Thanks! Made for the Epicurean Queens, Zaar World Tour 2009/Spain.

Delicious and easy to make! I used a mix of bittersweet and milk chocolate chips, and used the marshmallow creme in DS's but left it out of DH's (which I tasted). Lovely, warm, creamy hot chocolate--and so much less expensive than the fancy imported stuff I'd been buying! Thanks so much for posting, cookiedog!

Like the other reviewer said, there is no reason why you need to buy those packets of hot chocolate when you can make it like this. It is so easy. This hot chocolate turns out very creamy and delicious. I used semi-sweet chips because that's what I had on hand. The marshmallow creme is a wonderful addition. My kids loved this, too. Thanks for sharing!
