  • 6 whole herrings (or fish of your choice)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 18 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 12 cup cream
  • butter, melted

  • Skin herring; bone and grind.
  • Add seasonings and cream.
  • Form into balls and saute in butter.
