- 6 whole herrings (or fish of your choice)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 cup cream
- butter, melted
directions
- Skin herring; bone and grind.
- Add seasonings and cream.
- Form into balls and saute in butter.
