Firehouse Caesar Salad Dressing

"This is a hot and spicy dressing we have for dinners at the station."

ingredients

• 14 ounces anchovies
• 8 ounces parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• Tabasco sauce
• 2 lemons
• pepper
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 -2 habanero pepper
• 1 cup olive oil

directions

1. Juice lemons.
2. Shread Parmesan cheese, use 3/4 in dressing and top salad with remaining.
3. Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy.
