- 1⁄4 cup peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3⁄4 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes (or more to taste)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 dash salt (1/8 tsp)
directions
- Whisk all ingredients together in bowl; place in large resealable bag.
- Add seafood (or poultry), seal bag, and turn several times to coat.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
