- 1 ounce hidden valley fiesta ranch dip
- 10 ounces rotel, original (drain excess liquid)
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. To jazz it up add mexicorn or sweet corn, and top with finely shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and olives.
