DIRECTIONS

  • Place fennel seeds in small bowl. Pour hot water over to cover. Let stand 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Process fennel, fennel seeds, parsley and garlic in a food processor or blender until finely chopped.
  • Add walnuts, 3 tablespoons water and oil. Mix until walnuts are finely chopped.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese.
