Rita, you are the most amazing lady, you and Sharon have such wonderfully therapeutic methods to always help ease your mind, your physical well-being, and comfort for your soul. This is no exception. I had this stinking little sore throat that has hung on for a week or so, and I found this to be satisfying, and it works. I used the *sore throat* option with the cayenne (since I love cayenne powder) and just enjoyed sitting down and letting this seep down my throat. The ginger and honey along with the clove also make a wonderfully layered taste just to enjoy for the heck of it. This is really great, Rita! And I thank you! Made for *November Clove Month* in Gardening & Herb forum Fall 2008.
