Favorite Family Corn

Favorite Family Corn created by VickyJ

I first made this corn for a family gathering. (That means 30 + people of varying ages!) Everyone, from seniors to children liked it. It is simple to make and made with ingredients you can keep on hand. It travels and holds well in a crockpot.

This was my first time making creamed corn and it was a great success. Worth every calorie! Thank you.

This was good but my husband didn't like it. I cut the cream cheese in half and it still tasted too much like cream cheese for his liking. I added in some spices, green chilies, cheese and shredded chicken to the leftovers and made quesadillas, which turned out delicious.

This was interesting. I might cut back on the amount of cream cheese next time, since it was a bit overpowering. We had it with ham and buttered noodles and it was a great addition to the menu. Thank you for a great recipe.

This turned out perfectly! I was feeding a crowd, so I doubled it and put it in a crockpot on low for 3 hours and it was great, everyone really enjoyed it. Thanks for a great recipe Junebug!
